Returns & exchanges

You can return or exchange a bottle as long as it is unopened and in its original packaging.

How to ask: message us on WhatsApp with your order number, your city and address, and a photo of the bottle. We reply to every request within 3 working days.

Shipping for returns: the customer covers the shipping fee for an unopened return or exchange.

Damaged or wrong item: if your bottle arrives broken, leaking, or different from what you ordered, send us a photo on WhatsApp. We replace it or refund you in full, and we cover the shipping.

For hygiene reasons, opened bottles can only be returned if they arrived damaged or wrong.
